STOP 01 / OPTION

Ruff House Dog Park (Rockwood Park)

Option A: Ruff House at Rockwood Park. Follow its posted dog-park rules.

With your dog: Off-leash inside fenced runs; on-leash until inside. Voice control; carry leash; proof of license/rabies; no pinch/spike/choke collars inside; no children under 10 in fenced area; clean waste; fill holes. Aggressive/ill/heat/puppies <4 months prohibited.
Costs: No fee stated on Rockwood facility page.
Getting there: 3401 Courthouse Road. All vehicles must park in paved lot across from dog park; others towed at owner expense.
Hours: 7:30 a.m.–dark (Rockwood / Ruff House rules).

STOP 02 / OPTION

Option B: Short Pump Dog Park. You can choose one dog park rather than visiting both.

With your dog: Dogs may be off leash inside the designated fence. Outside it, use a leash no longer than 10 feet, cage or pen. Handlers must be 16+, keep dogs in view and under control, and have current license tags. Children 15 and under need an adult; access is for owners and their dogs. No dogs in heat, sick or aggressive dogs, gum, smoking or glass.
Costs: No dog-park fee stated on Henrico page.
Getting there: County-listed address: 3329 Pump Road, Henrico, VA 23233. The embedded county map shows a different street number, so confirm the dog-park entrance before leaving.
Hours: Park: dawn–dusk daily. Follow any additional hours posted at the dog-park gate.

STOP 03 / OPTION

Finish at Hardywood West Creek with your dog on a leash outdoors.

With your dog: Leashed dogs welcome in outdoor spaces (West Creek page). Dogs not permitted in indoor taprooms except service dogs .

Getting there: On-site; overflow lot across from facility no longer available—carpool/rideshare encouraged (West Creek page).
Hours: Mon closed; Tue–Thu 2–9pm; Fri 2–10pm; Sat noon–10pm; Sun noon–8pm.
