Information used to run this site

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Requests include technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver content and maintain security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare performance measurement

Cloudflare also adds a performance-measurement script to the live site. It reports page-loading and interaction performance, page URLs and referring URLs to Cloudflare. This measurement can run independently of the Google Analytics choice below. According to Cloudflare, its performance beacon does not use cookies or browser storage, and the service discards client IP addresses at its nearest data center. Optional Google Analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, page views, basic engagement, and enhanced interactions such as scrolling, outbound links, downloads, site searches, and form interactions where applicable. Data can include browser/device information, approximate location, referring pages, and interaction details. This version has no submission forms, checkout, embedded video, or advertising tags.

We use these reports to understand discovery and whether the directory is useful. The Google tag does not load before you opt in. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our site tag. Optional Analytics account data-sharing options are off. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choice

“No thanks” leaves Google Analytics off. “Analytics preferences” in the footer lets you change your choice. Your choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear site storage. Global Privacy Control keeps Google Analytics off. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by this site and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete information already sent.

Cookies and retention

The site uses local storage named rdt-analytics for your choice. After opt-in, Google may set _ga and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies; this site requests a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days without renewing that lifetime on each visit. Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; the user-data period resets with new activity. These controls do not govern most standard reports based on aggregated data. Cloudflare and email-provider retention depend on their service settings and policies.

Contact and privacy requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can respond to privacy, accessibility, or correction requests. Messages to our domain are forwarded by Cloudflare to the operator’s Gmail inbox, where Google processes them. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

For access, correction, deletion, or an appeal of a privacy-request decision, email the contact above. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may need proportionate identity verification. Do not email passwords or identity documents unless a secure process has been agreed.

Sharing and transfers

This site sends technical data to its hosting provider and, with permission, to Google Analytics. Email providers process messages you choose to send. These providers may process information outside your country. This version includes no data-sale integration, targeted advertising, or account profiling.

Children, external sites, and updates

This directory is intended for adult outing planners and does not solicit information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information. External park and venue links have separate policies. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its effective date; changed analytics purposes will require a fresh choice before use.
