- Leash rules
- Keep your dog on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or confined, and attended. Clean up after your dog. Pets cannot use the beach or enter public buildings, food-service areas, designated swimming areas or yurts.
- Seasonal / access limits
- Open daily, 8 a.m. to dusk. The park notice says the snack bar and boat rentals are closed until Memorial Day weekend 2027. Pets cannot use the beach, including outside swimming season.
- Fees
- Parking: Bear Creek Lake $7 / $7 (standard and weekends) per DCR parking fees effective 5/21/2026. Boat trailer +$3; equestrian +$4 if used.
